MEETING WITH THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF LUXURY TRIBUNE JOURNAL OF SWITZERLAND
Ambassador Davaasuren Gerelmaa received Ms. Cristina D’Agostino, Editor-in-Chief of Luxury Tribune magazine, at the Embassy.
Ms. D’Agostino was invited in the working group that visited Mongolia in September this year within the framework of the Responsible Gold Project, jointly implemented by the Swiss Better Gold Association, the Bank of Mongolia, and Argor-Heraeus SA.
Ms. D’Agostino noted that, at the invitation of the Swiss Better Gold Association, she had the opportunity to visit Mongolia for the first time as part of the delegation. During the visit, she gained first-hand insight into the implementation and progress of the environmentally sustainable and responsible mining initiative jointly undertaken by Mongolia and Switzerland.
She expressed her appreciation for the opportunity to observe the project on the ground and to prepare a professional feature article for a leading international publication covering the gold and jewelry industry.
