MEETING WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE MONGOLIAN CHAMBER OF NOTARIES
Geneva, 6 October 2026. Permanent Representative and Ambassador H.E. Davaasuren Gerelmaa received Mr. Luvsandagva Buddorj, President of the Mongolian Chamber of Notaries at the Embassy.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the accessibility and efficiency of consular services for Mongolian citizens residing abroad, particularly those living and working in Switzerland. They exchanged views on supporting the activities of officials performing notarial functions, facilitating the powers of attorney and signature authentications, and implementation and further development of the e-notary system.
The discussion also addressed ways to strengthen the protection of citizens' rights and legitimate interests, expand cooperation between relevant institutions, and explore opportunities for sharing best practices in the field of notarial and consular services.
