PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVES OF MONGOLIA AND BULGARIA MEETING

On 26 June 2026, H.E. Ms. Gerelmaa Davaasuren, Permanent Representative of Mongolia, met H.E. Mr. Angel Bandzhov, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Bulgaria to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.

The Permanent Representatives exchanged views on priorities and issues of mutual interest within the framework of the United Nations in Geneva and expressed their commitment to working closely together in advancing multilateral cooperation.

The two sides emphasized the potential for cooperation in the promotion and protection of human rights, global efforts toward disarmament, and other areas of common interest. They also noted the possibility of supporting each other's candidacies in elections to international organizations.

Mongolia and the Republic of Bulgaria established diplomatic relations in 1950.
