PROSPECTS FOR MULTILATERAL COOPERATION DISCUSSED

Geneva, 18 June 2026. Permanent Representative and Ambassador Davaasuren Gerelmaa held a meeting with Ambassador Thomas Guerber, Permanent Representative of the Swiss Confederation. 

During the meeting, Ambassador D. Gerelmaa and Ambassador T. Guerber exchanged views on bilateral cooperation, as well as close collaboration at the regional and global levels.

The Permanent Representatives also discussed preparations and active participation in the high‑level event “Rangelands and Pastoralists at the Crossroads of International Geneva”, to be held in Geneva in June 2026, and the 17th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD COP17), which will be convened in Mongolia in August 2026.
