PROSPECTS FOR COOPERATION DISCUSSED
Geneva, 22 May 2026. Permanent Representative and Ambassador Davaasuren Gerelmaa held a meeting with Ambassador Akram Harasheh, Permanent Representative of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the meeting, Ambassador D.Gerelmaa and Ambassador A.Harasheh exchanged views on bilateral cooperation, as well as potentials for collaboration at the regional and global arena.
The Permanent Representatives discussed the preparations and active participations to the 17th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD
COP17), which will be hosted by Mongolia in August 2026.
Mongolia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan established diplomatic relations in 1981.
