UPR WORKING GROUP HOLDS ITS FIFTHY-FIRST SESSION IN GENEVA

From 19 to 30 January 2026, 13 States will have their human rights records examined during the 51st session of the UN Human Rights Council’s Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Working Group taking place in Geneva.

The delegation of the Government of Mongolia, led by the Permanent Representative and Ambassador Gerelmaa Davaasuren, is participating in the work of the said session. During the peer review, the Delegation of Mongolia engaged in the discussions of the national reports on the situation of human rights in Mauritania, Nepal, Oman, Austria, Australia and Georgia.
