MONGOLIAN COMPANIES PARTICIPATE IN THE “FOIRE DU VALAIS” IN SWITZERLAND
Mongolia is takin in the “Foire du Valais” expo held in Martigny, Valais Canton, Switzerland for the second consecutive year.
This marks the 65th edition of the expo which runs from September 26 to October 5, 2025, and welcomes over 420 international businesses to showcase their products and services.
Ambassador Davaasuren Gerelmaa visited the expo and extended congratulations and appreciation to the representatives of more than 10 Mongolian companies participating successfully in the expo, namely “Hunnu Fashion”, “Toitol Tolgoi Khairkhan”, and “Tod Oims” and others, who are presenting high-quality leather, cashmere, wool products and handcrafts of Mongolia.
The “Foire du Valais”, the third-largest exhibition of Switzerland, attracts between 300,000 and 400,000 visitors annually.
Mongolia was first invited to participate in 2024 as an “Honored Guest” commemorating the 60th anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Switzerland. As the “Honored Guest” of the expo, Mongolia presented its leading products and nomadic tourism services as well as “Mongolian Cultural Day” to promote the Mongolian traditional heritage with modern development.
