On October 6, 2024, a friendly football match was held in Geneva, bringing together Mongolian children living in Switzerland. The junior, youth, and mixed teams participated in the event, which was jointly organized by the "GM-STAR" sports club, the Embassy of Mongolia to the Swiss Confederation, and the Mongolian Football Association (MNFA). During the event, the children were presented with official jerseys of the Mongolian national football team. FIFA and AFC referee B. Khash-Erdene officiated the matches.
