MONGOLIAN DOCTORS FROM THE NCMCH ARE TRAINING AT THE UNIVERSITY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL ZURICH

Beginning from 2023 the Embassy of Mongolia in the Swiss Confederation initiated to establishing a relationship between the National Centre for Maternal and Child Health (NCMCH) of Mongolia and the University Children's Hospital of Zurich.

With the series of video conferences between the two hospitals hosted by the Embassy, as well as the implementation of the working visit of Prof. Dr. Michael Grotzer, Medical Director of the University Children's Hospital of Zurich to Mongolia, led to the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between the two hospitals.

Within the framework of this MOU and with the support of Battushig and Tselmuun foundation, from this September, surgeon Dr. A. Erdenedalai and pediatric rehabilitation Dr. B. Dolgorsuren from the NCMCH began an experience sharing visit to University Children's Hospital of Zurich.

On September 25th, Ambassador Ms. Gerelmaa Davaasuren received Prof. Dr. Michael Grotzer and the two visiting Mongolian doctors to discuss relations and cooperation between the two hospitals.
