PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE ATTENDS THE WIPO DIPLOMATIC CONFERENCE

Mongolian delegation headed by the Permanent Representative H.E. Ms. Gerelmaa Davaasuren is attending the Diplomatic Conference to Conclude an International Legal Instrument Relating to Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge Associated with Genetic Resources taking place In Geneva from May 13 to May 24, 2024.

The instrument envisaged in the Text of a Draft International Legal Instrument Relating to Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge Associated with Genetic Resources would aim to enhance the efficacy, transparency and quality of the patent system with regard to genetic resources.
