MONGOLIA PARTICIPATES IN PfP MOUNTAIN TRAINING COURSE

With the support of the Swiss Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS) two representatives from the General Authority for Border Protection of Mongolia are participating, for the first time, in the Partnership for Peace Winter Mountain Training Course in Andermatt, Switzerland.

The recent dialogue between Prime Minister of Mongolia L.Oyun-Erdene and Swiss Federal President V.Amherd during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos has underscored the significance of such collaborations, further solidifying the importance of this training program as a reflection of our mutual objectives and ambitions in enhancing border security measures and strengthening bilateral relations between Mongolia and Switzerland, which are celebrating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties this year.
