MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WAS SIGNED BETWEEN THE SUPREME COURT OF MONGOLIA AND THE WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANIZATION

On November 14th 2023, Memorandum of understanding between the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Judicial Training, Research, and Information Institute of the Supreme Court of Mongolia has been established in Geneva.

The MOU was signed by Director Ms. D. Erdenechimeg on behalf of the Judicial Training, Research and Information Institute, and Mr. Marko Aleman, Assistant General Director on behalf of WIPO.

Through the MOU the two sides agreed to exchange judicial experiences, collaboration in judicial capacity building, joint research on intellectual property issues, the exchange of information on judicial decisions, the promotion of alternative dispute resolution and any other form of cooperation as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
