CULTURAL COOPERATION WAS DISCUSSED

On November 3, 2023, H.E. Mrs. D. Gerelmaa, Ambassador of Mongolia, held a meeting with Mr. G. Misheel, Director of Children and Youth Theater of Erdenet City, and Mrs. B. Sunjidmaa, Director of the “Mongol Ger” Cultural and Arts Association.

During the meeting, Ambassador D.Gerelmaa gave a briefing about the activities of the Embassy and exchanged views on cooperation in the cultural sector. Furthermore, Ambassador D.Gerelmaa congratulated G.Misheel and B.Sunjidmaa for their great contributions in promoting Mongolian culture and art and expressed willingness to support their future endeavors.

Mr. G.Misheel is a writer of more than 30 acts, such as monodrama, children's plays, puppet plays, stage plays, historical dramas, and about 20 short stories.

The Basel-based “Mongol Ger” Cultural and Arts Association will be hosting a series of events from 3–10 November 2023 in Genava and Basel, aimed at introducing European culture and art to Mr. G.Misheel, Director of Children and Youth Theater of Erdenet City, as well as introducing Mr. Misheel's artwork to Mongolians residing in the Swiss Confederation.
