AMBASSADOR EXPLORES COLLABORATION AT FOIRE DU VALAIS, SWITZERLAND'S PREMIER TRADE FAIR

Martigny, 02 October 2023. Ambassador D.Gerelmaa paid a visit to Foire du Valais, the largest trade fair exhibition event in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and the third largest in the country. During the visit, Ambassador D.Gerelmaa had a meeting with Mr. V.Claivaz, President of the Foire du Valais, Mr. Samuel Bonvin, Director General and Mr. A.Jordan, Sales Manager of the FVS Group, the key organizer of the event.

In addition to familiarizing themselves with the event's organization, the Ambassador and organizers exchanged views and discussed potential avenues for cooperation in 2024, coinciding with the celebration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Switzerland. The both sides agreed that this event provides an ideal platform for promoting cultural exchanges and showcasing the rich history and traditions of Mongolia.

“Foire du Valais”, a prestigious event with a history spanning more than 50 years, draws over 200,000 visitors annually.
