AMBASSADOR H.E. MS. GERELMAA DAVAASUREN MET WITH THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MONGOLIAN ASSOCIATIONS IN SWITZERLAND
On August 9th, 2023, H.E. Ms. Gerelmaa Davaasuren, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Swiss Confederation received representatives of the Mongolian associations operating in the Swiss Confederation.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on possible areas of cooperation, including the implementation of comprehensive programs such as "Mongolian National Values" and "World Mongolians”. Moreover, parties discussed the preparation of the upcoming joint activities to be organized in 2023-2024 and exchanged views on consular issues.
As of today, about 4,000 of Mongolians are residing in Switzerland, and more than 10 active associations and NGOs are organizing activities promoting Mongolian language, tradition, culture, sports, and education.
