HELD A MEETING WITH THE CHILD PROTECTION AUTHORITY OF THE CANTON OF GENEVA
On the margins of the participation in the regular session of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI), the delegation led by Ms. D. Sunjid, Chief Commissioner of the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia, held a meeting with the Child Protection Authority of the Canton of Geneva.
The delegation was warmly welcomed and introduced of the child protection mechanisms for safeguarding the rights of children in Switzerland, particularly in Geneva. Discussions covered the structure and functions of the Adult and child protection courts and the operational practices applied within the Swiss Confederation.
